The Moroccan Travel cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. Prices:

• Prices indicated on our website or in our brochures are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in external costs (transport, accommodation, taxes, etc.).

5.2. Payment:

6. Cancellation and Refund

6.1. Cancellation by the client:

• All cancellations must be notified in writing (email).

• Cancellation fees are applicable.

6.2. Cancellation by the agency:

In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, political instability, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances, The Moroccan Travel reserves the right to cancel a trip.

• In this case, the client will be fully refunded or may choose another service of equivalent value.

7. Liability

The Moroccan Travel undertakes to provide its services with professionalism and diligence. However:

• The agency cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, or incidents caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, carriers).

• The client is responsible for verifying the validity of their travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).

• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Insurance

The Moroccan Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation or interruption.

• Medical assistance and repatriation.

• Loss or theft of luggage.

Insurance is not included in our prices, unless explicitly stated.

9. Website Use

9.1. Intellectual Property:
