Day 01: Casablanca – Rabat – Rif Mountains – Chefchaouen
Your Moroccan adventure begins with a pick-up at your accommodation in Casablanca, heading north along the Atlantic coast. The first stop is Rabat, the country's capital and an imperial city steeped in history. Stroll through the peaceful alleys of the Kasbah of the Oudayas overlooking the sea, then admire the unfinished minaret of the Hassan Tower and the nearby marble mausoleum, the resting place of Moroccan royalty.
Next, you will pass by the Royal Palace and the evocative ruins of Chellah, an ancient site with Phoenician and Roman influences. Then the road climbs inland, between agricultural plains and winding mountain roads, to Chefchaouen, nestled at the foot of the Rif Mountains. This photogenic city is renowned for its narrow streets, serene atmosphere, and blue-painted buildings. Upon arrival, take the time to relax and soak up the magical atmosphere of the city on foot.

Day 02: Chefchaouen – Roman ruins of Volubilis – Meknes – Fez
On the second day of this 6-day tour of Morocco from Casablanca to Marrakech, start the morning by strolling through the narrow streets and secret corners of the blue city, taking photos of its colorful streets and discovering local crafts. At the end of the morning, the journey continues to the ancient archaeological site of Volubilis. These well-preserved Roman ruins, with their intricate mosaics and monumental arches, bear witness to Morocco's deep historical layers.
Nearby is Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, one of the country's most sacred cities and a major pilgrimage site. The itinerary continues to Meknes, another imperial jewel. Behind its monumental gates and high walls lie large squares, ancient royal granaries, and historic prisons. After visiting the city's main sites, head east to Fez, where you will settle in the heart of its labyrinthine medina.

Day 03: Comprehensive cultural exploration of Fez
Today is devoted entirely to discovering the rich heritage of Fez, Morocco's cultural and spiritual capital. With an expert local guide, stroll through the bustling alleys of the medina—one of the oldest fortified cities still inhabited in the world. Start at the majestic Bab Boujloud (Blue Gate), then visit centuries-old institutions such as Al Quaraouiyine University and the Bou Inania Madrasa, renowned for its finely decorated tiles.
Explore the souks overflowing with handicrafts, spices, textiles, and traditional products. Visit the city's famous tanneries, where leather is dyed using traditional methods. The sounds, smells, and colors create a vivid sensory experience that brings the city's heritage to life. After the tour, return to your traditional guesthouse in the heart of the old city.

Day 04: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert
Early departure from Fez for an adventure south through the Middle Atlas Mountains. First stop: Ifrane, a town with European architecture nicknamed the “Switzerland of Morocco.” Nearby, take a break in the cedar forests of Azrou, home to playful Barbary macaques.
The road then winds through mountain passes and valleys, with a lunch stop in Midelt, a town renowned for its apple orchards. The journey continues through the spectacular Ziz Valley, lined with cliffs and palm oases, before reaching the desert regions. Passing through Erfoud, famous for its fossils, you will reach Merzouga, at the gateway to the Sahara.
In Merzouga, the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi rise majestically. You will ride a camel across the dunes to your desert camp, where a traditional dinner, mint tea, and an evening of music around the fire await you under the stars.

Day 05: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dadès Valley
Start the day with a peaceful sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast before leaving the desert. First stop is Rissani, an ancient caravan town and traditional market that is still very active. Stroll through the local souk for a glimpse of regional trade.
Continue through arid plateaus and green oases to Tinghir, then to the impressive Todra Gorge, whose walls reach nearly 300 meters in height. This natural site is a paradise for climbers and a perfect place for photography. The journey continues along the “Route of a Thousand Kasbahs,” through striking landscapes and fortified villages.
End the day in the Dades Valley, where winding roads and terraced crops offer a traditional rural panorama.

Day 06: Dadès Valley – Valley of Roses – Ouarzazate – Aït Ben Haddou – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech
For this last stage, head to the Valley of Roses, renowned in spring for its fragrant flowers and rose-based handicrafts. The route then passes through the lush oasis of Skoura, followed by a historic kasbah showcasing the typical architecture of southern Morocco.
Then head to Ouarzazate, Morocco's cinema capital, where several international productions have been filmed. Visit the fortified structures of this city before continuing on to the UNESCO-listed village of Aït Ben Haddou. With its mud towers and winding alleys, this ksar is a precious remnant of Morocco's caravan past and a famous filming location.
The road then climbs through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass. The panoramic views are breathtaking, with steep peaks and terraced villages. In the late afternoon or early evening, you will arrive in Marrakech, where the tour ends with a transfer to your accommodation.
