Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Welcome to Marrakech and your first immersion in the city's lively atmosphere. Guided tour of the main attractions: the famous Jemaa el-Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, the souks, palaces, and museums. Walk through the modern neighborhoods and the Majorelle and Menara gardens. Free afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.

Day 2: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorge

Early departure for the Atlas Mountains, via the famous Tizi-n-Tichka pass. Stop at the fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its appearance in numerous films. Continue to Ouarzazate to explore the surrounding area and the Valley of Roses, renowned for its spectacular blooms. Arrive at the Dades Gorge and spend the evening enjoying the valley's unique landscapes.

Day 3: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga

Morning discovery of the Todra Gorge, a narrow canyon with impressive rock formations. Continue through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, known for its fossils and oases. Visit a local craft workshop specializing in fossil-based objects. Then head to Rissani to explore the traditional market before reaching the Merzouga desert. Begin the camel trek to the camp in the dunes, followed by a traditional Berber dinner under the stars with music around the fire.

Day 4: Exploring the Merzouga Desert

Day dedicated to exploring the dunes of Merzouga. Option of camel rides or 4x4 excursions in the desert. Visit to the village of Khamlia, renowned for its traditional Gnawa music. Highlight: watch the sunset over the dunes, enjoy the tranquility, and take memorable photos. Night in the desert in a traditional camp.

Day 5: Merzouga – Midelt

After breakfast, departure for Midelt, with stops along the way in Rissani and Erfoud. Lunch break in a picturesque setting and free time to explore the city or rest before nightfall.

Day 6: Midelt – Fez

Continue to Fez, stopping in Azrou to visit a forest and observe Barbary macaques. Pass through Ifrane, nicknamed the "Little Switzerland" of Morocco, before arriving in Fez and settling in for the night.

Day 7: Guided tour of Fez

Full day tour of the medina of Fez: gates of the Royal Palace, Jewish quarter, Al Quaraouiyine University, tanneries, and Bouanania madrasa. Free afternoon to wander through the souks and discover local artisans' workshops.

Day 8: Fez – Chefchaouen

Departure for Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Guided tour of the blue medina, exploring its photogenic alleyways and immersing yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the city. Overnight stay.

Day 9: Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca

Free morning in Chefchaouen to enjoy the city. Departure for Rabat, the capital, to discover its main attractions and historical monuments. Continue to Casablanca, the country's largest city, for the night.

Day 10: Casablanca – Marrakech

Visit Casablanca's iconic sites, including the Hassan II Mosque. After lunch, return to Marrakech to conclude the tour and final transfer.
